Terms of Service - Private Users

1. Introduction

This document governs the use of the Zynk platform including the mobile application, website, and related services (the 'Platform'). By accessing or using Zynk, users agree to comply with the terms and policies described in this document. Zynk is a digital platform that connects users with venues, nightlife experiences, and social events. The platform facilitates discovery and interaction but does not organize events directly.

2. User Accounts

Users must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information during registration. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for any activity performed through their account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must comply with all applicable laws. It is forbidden to publish content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, or harmful. Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of the account.

4. Platform Role and Intermediation

Zynk operates solely as a digital intermediary platform between users and venues. The platform does not organize events or provide services advertised by venues. All events and services listed are provided directly by the venue or event organizer.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zynk shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or modifications of events. We are not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by venues. Users attend events and venues at their own risk.

6. AI and Data Insights (Zynk Insider)

Zynk utilizes artificial intelligence and data analysis ('Zynk Insider') to provide real-time insights into event popularity and venue trends. These insights are based on aggregated, anonymized data.

Privacy Policy - Private Users

1. Compliance with GDPR

Zynk processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.

2. Data Collected

We collect Personal Data (name, email, age, gender), Usage Data (interactions, events viewed), and Technical Data (IP address, device type). Location Data (GPS) is only collected when permission is explicitly granted.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

Data is used to provide and maintain the platform, deliver personalized recommendations (AI-driven), prevent fraud, and ensure security.

4. Data DNA and AI Processing

Your interaction data may be processed by AI algorithms to create an anonymized 'Data DNA'. This powers the 'Zynk Insider' feature and personalizes your experience.

5. User Rights Under GDPR

Users have the right to access, correct, delete, or request portability of their personal data. Requests can be submitted via in-app settings or support contact.
